Twin Sisters Recreation & taxidermy (TSRT) is a do-it-yourself hunting experience. Located in the Little Belt Mountains of central Montana. Big game hunting district for mule deer and elk is 418 in region 4. You would need a general tag deer, elk, bear or mountain loin tag for the state of Montana. Your odds are much better in this general tag area rather than other special draw areas. You are responsible for obtaining all tags. Hunter will need to bring everything you need for your hunt. The price you pay for accommodations include your trespass fee to hunt. We provide the firewood and propane. Once you are on the property you have access to nearly 1500 acres around the cabin and also thousands of *Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and *Forest Service acres which directly borders the private property. The property end to end as the crow flies covers around 2mi. of forest edge. There is one vehicle road and few walking trails to BLM and Forest Service. You can however walk from end to end on a back road trail. You can go up high to much more rugged terrain how ever most game is taken in the rolling hills around the cabin. We have no walk-in coolers. We do not process meat although there are such facilities within 45 miles. We also have a taxidermy shop for that trophy to last a lifetime. There are a three ladder single person tree stands to use and one hang on stand to use at your own risk. You are responsible for knowing where you are located at all times when hunting. TSRT will inform/show you where you can explore. There is an outfitter that neighbors TSRT and there are no excuses for trespassing. On google maps the cabin is located at 46.775 - 110.052 if you zoom in all the way in on the cabin using free google and click out four times that about covers the ground that you will be hunting. * BLM and Forest Service is land that can be used by the public but most of this remote area cannot be accessed easily by the general public.
